Don’t use this company! Bought tickets for Alcatraz for my husbands birthday in April, I contacted them today to ask where my tickets are, there are no tickets for any days we are in San Francisco but nobody let us know. They have taken my money but not replying to me emails.

We booked tickets for Disney California…
We booked tickets for Disney California in 2020 before lockdown.Tickets were valid until 2022 so initiated a refund as our holiday was rebooked for August 2022.Initially they promised a refund but had to wait 60 days to be refunded from february 2022.On not recieving a refund we got back intouch to be told we now had to deal direct with Disney California and passed us a contact no.We rang them presuming it was a free call as it was there customer services.We were told to send our tickets back to them in America to receive a refund again within 6 to 8 weeks.In the meantime we have realised the call cost us £70 .In the meantime we have to stump up the money for new tickets now and hope our refund arrives without any issues.It feels to us they have washed their hands of the problem and left us in limbo.

Child prices for adult tickets
We bought our Disneyland Paris tickets here and paid child prices for the 2 parks 1 day and fast track was included with the purchase, would definitely use again

Booked tickets to Siam Park 3 days ago and still no tickets. Do not use this company. They do not answer the telephone and emailing has not got me my tickets. £150 out of pocket.
Update.
Eventually got through to Carly on the phone and she was very helpful and the tickets arrived. She apologised profusely.
I have used attractiontix before with no issues. Just a blip I was assured. Back to 5 stars!

Please please dont buy from this scamming company they said i would get my money back for tickets to disney land paris got cancelled and said would have to wait 90 days over 90 days still waiting.joke going to tskr them to a small claims court ?

Excellent post-sale service
Excellent post-sale service from Penny and Jennie. I bought tickets for Siam Park, Tenerife before Covid hit. 2 years later and a few days ago I asked if they would honour my original booking as they said they would at the time. Without any quibble they said they would send me replacement tickets which came through today. Great service and I will use this company again.

Scam artists
Bought tickets for Thorpe park for same day. No tickets arrived. Noone answering phones or emails. Had to pay full price at gate. Eventually got tickets 2 hours after leaving Thorpe. Company insist i booked them for 2 days later..im from Dublin and wouldn't even be in uk then. Refusing outright to issue a refund.

Honestly cannot recommend this company enough! Been dealing with Matthew who has gone above and beyond trying to get me last minute tickets for Thorpe park thursday, finished his shift yet is still working from home to try and help me get some, has rung me to let me know every step of the process and the kindest person I’ve ever dealt with, even if I don’t manage to get any tickets (through my own fault of waiting too late to book) I will never use any other company other than this one now!!

This company is fraudulently detaining our money and profiteering from the pandemic.
We purchased Disneyland Paris tickets from Attractiontix for July 2020, and like many, were forced to cancel our holiday due to the pandemic. We tried to reschedule for October, but then our flights got cancelled. On top of this, the UK Government have been advising against all but essential travel, so we have not had any option to use the tickets.
After initially refusing to refund us, after months of emailing, Attractiontix offered us 80% of our money back. We refused this, challenged their legal right to do this and asked them to point to where in their terms and conditions it said they could charge what they call an "admin fee." They were unable to answer this question. We repeatedly asked them to call us and under threat of a small claims action, eventually someone phoned us back. They offered that we could keep in credit and get our tickets for free in 2021, minus a small charge to cover any ticket price increase, likely to be a few pounds maximum. We agreed to this.
Months later, we suddenly got the 80% paid into our account. No phone call, no email, no explanation. Since then they have given us the silent treatment and have not answered our emails.
This company legally owes us over £130 and we will pursue them through whatever means available to us until the sum is returned to us. As far as I am concerned, this is simple theft. In fact it is worse than that; the company is flagrantly breaking the law to profit from the pandemic.
If anybody from Attractiontix is reading this, I would welcome a response and explanation for the terrible way in which we have been treated by your company. Until then my advice to anybody who might be considering purchasing anything from this company would be simple: don't.

Opportunists and money grabbers
Our Disney tickets were cancelled due to the pandemic and I requested a full refund along with all other attractions and travel arrangements.
Attractiontix is enforcing a cancellation charge on our tickets which was originally £400, but as a guesture of good will dropped to £250!!! If you contact Disney directly, they are reimbursing all tickets to 100% of the value, which begs the question as to why Attractiontix are still charging such a ludicrous amount!
After countless emails, also quoting their terms and conditions which clearly states they will refund in full if arrangements change and it is the providers / their fault (which in this case, Disney was closed at the time of our travel), yet they continue to reply with their cut and paste response and will not budge.
They have offered us to transfer the tickets to 2021, but that is not a possibility for us, nor is it convenient. Its one thing to rearrange a ticket for the UK and expect the customer to go, but it is another thing to expect us to hop on a plane to Florida to utilise the ticket!!!
No one was expecting this pandemic, and that is exactly why we did not take out the protection plan. We would have continued to travel in March if it wasn't for the boarders closing; our intentions were to go and have a holiday of a life time.
It seems very heartless to take money from people in these strained times, when their dream holiday has already been crushed and all other operators are adhering to their terms and conditions by refunding their loyal customers with the full amount.
Attractiontix should be ashamed of their selves for using this time as an opportunity to make money out of those who are already struggling.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service, refused me a refund on tickets I brought which couldn't be used due to coronavirus.
Now £418 down and will not be able to use the tickets I have.

Bought tickets for march couldnt go cause of covid 19 couldnt get through on the phone was fumming as I spent 800 pound I phoned them up last month they said I can use them till march next year but as I'm going in october the lady said I had to phone disneyland paris to make sure I can get in the park as the covid 19 only allows so many into the park she was a great help as I wrote a bad review before as I panicked I phoned disneyland paris and the lovely lady had to do the days separate she never rushed on the phone now it's all sorted as I was quick to judge attrationtix as I couldnt get through then emailed them no answer it's all turned out good in the end to many bad reviews on attrationtix think it's by people who panicked like myself thank you to attrationtix and the lady at disneyland paris park itself

Absolute scam of a company, refused to refund me the cost of my tickets I couldn’t use due to Coronavirus closing the park I had tickets for. Luckily for me I paid with PayPal, raised a dispute and won the case so I got it all back!
